We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered successfully.

2. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are allowed only if the wrong product is delivered by our company.
To be eligible for an exchange:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Clear images of the received product must be shared for verification.
3. Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Products that are damaged after delivery, mishandled, or partially consumed are not eligible for exchange.
Products opened or tampered with cannot be exchanged.
4. Exchange Process
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no extra cost.
In some cases, you may be asked to return the incorrect product through courier before the replacement is dispatched.
